Rules of Play with Dealers in Online Casino Game of Blackjack

April 27, 2010

Standard format of the blackjack game in casino on line or in the brick and concrete gaming halls is that the dealer faces sever players behind a table that is arc-shaped. Each one of them is independent and plays the dealer accordingly. A betting box is provided where the players put their bet in the beginning of each round of blackjack game. Initially the player receives two cards constituting the initial hand.
Specific objective with which each player plays is getting a combination of cards valued higher than those held by the dealer. However, the values cannot exceed 21 known as busting or breaking. All the cards in the game has printed values; from 2 through 10. Ace can be valued at 1 or 11 according to the preference of the player.
A player can take addition cards if desired but if in the process he or she crosses the 21 point limits then the hand is bust and the bet is lost. Next the dealer would play the hand. In case the dealer busts and loses the bet he would be losing to all the players having value of cards equal or below 21.
Occasionally neither the player nor the dealer would bust. If there is a tie between the dealer and the player, the hand is called “push”. In such cases the player does not lose the bet but does not win either; a unique feature in online casino games or in the real life casino halls.
